How it works

From a sign-in sheet to a real competency assessment.

A classroom course gives you a signature. Our simulators give you evidence: what the worker saw, how fast they reacted, what they decided and where their gaps are.

  1. AssessmentWe map your critical risks, procedures and job profiles.
  2. SimulationEach person practices in VR or in a digital twin of their workstation, with zero real exposure.
  3. AI scoringThe platform logs decisions, response times and gaze, and calculates an objective score.
  4. Closing gapsYou get individual reports and a refresher plan. The evidence is audit-ready.

XTraining

Now your operators can make mistakes. In the simulator.

XTraining replicates your plant's operating screens (HMI) and process logic. Operators face startups, failures and emergencies while AI builds their operational profile: response, risk analysis and applied knowledge.

It is already running in an industrial pilot at Arauco's pulp operations in Chile.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

What is a VR simulator for industrial safety?

It is hands-on training where the worker wears a virtual reality headset (at Qualitat, Meta Quest 3) to face realistic hazards such as a fire, work at height or an electrical lockout, without being exposed to them. The system records their decisions and produces a score and a report for each person.

Does it replace mandatory in-person training?

No. It complements it and makes it measurable. Each country's regulations define required hours and content. VR adds repeatable practice and objective evidence of competency, something the classroom can't deliver.

How long does implementation take?

Standard modules deploy in days. Custom development (digital twins, site-specific procedures) takes weeks, depending on scope. We'll give you a dated plan in our first meeting.

Do you work outside Chile?

Yes. We deliver projects across Latin America, and our simulators are available in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Can I pay with SENCE or in installments?

Yes. In Chile you can pay with your SENCE training tax credit or by credit card in installments, options our competitors in Chile do not offer. We guide you through the process when you request a quote.
